What Mekka sends you

If you need a different format (IGES, native SolidWorks), ask. We'll regenerate from the source.

What we expect back

• Quote: price (USD) + lead time (business days) + DFM concerns (any deviations from spec, infeasible features, recommended changes). Submit via your dashboard or reply by email.
• Production photos: see the photo cadence SOP.
• Inspection artefacts (when the RFQ has cert flags): FAI report PDF, material certificate PDF, dimensional inspection sheet. PDF preferred, JPEG OK if that's all you have.
• Tracking: carrier + number when the package leaves your shop.

What never to do

• Send modified geometry without flagging the change.
• Subcontract without asking us.
• Use customer parts to make samples for your own portfolio without their permission (Partner Agreement, IP clause).
