Packaging

The customer's first physical impression of Mekka is the box. Treat it that way.

On every box

• External label: customer ship-to address (we provide on the Brief).
• Internal slip: RFQ ref + line items + qty. One sheet, A4, taped inside the lid.
• Tracking: record carrier + tracking number on the dashboard the day you ship (or email it).

Protection bar

• Machined parts: foam + corner protection for any feature smaller than the box.
• Tight-tolerance parts (tight or per_drawing): individual bag + foam pad. Edges that mate to other parts get a rubber sleeve.
• Multiple parts in one box: each in its own bag, parts list on top.
• Fragile callouts: red tape + "FRAGILE" stamp on at least two faces.

What not to ship

• No oily / un-deburred parts unless the spec calls for as-machined surface.
• No mixed RFQs in one box. One RFQ per shipment unless we explicitly authorise consolidation.
